All State Auto Delivery - Helpful Hints For Auto Delivery

	Be sure to provide us with an emergency number where we can notify you of any unforeseen problems. We should be able to reach you or your contact up to the last minute before your flight out. Should there be a problem, we would like to be able to resolve it prior to your arrival so that your vehicle can be ready for you.

	Know when your vehicle will be available for pickup from the shipping company. It can take up to 5 working days for it to be unpacked and available after its arrival at the port.

	You will need a second full set of keys.

	Make sure your battery and tires are in good condition. Jump-starts at the airports are a nuisance and very costly.

	Private shipments, check with your shipping company for storage and port fees. ASAD does not take responsibility for demurrage, parking, storage, or any other applicable fees.

	Commercial POV shipments (including American made vehicles) from other than Hawaii must clear customs and meet California EPA, and Federal requirements. ASAD requires written proof. For these shipments, your signature on our Power of Attorney form is required to be notarized.
	Gas tanks have to be de-fuelled prior to shipment. Gauge your tank for no more than a sufficient amount for delivery. ASAD does charge for time spent de-fueling.
